About hott notes
hott notes is a free sticky notes program for Windows. It started out as a simple program to help me remember to do my homework. After giving the program to my friends, I found out that writing software that people find useful was actually pretty cool. I added more and more features to hott notes with each new iteration, putting it on par with many commercial sticky notes programs. As of version 3, hott notes received widespread popularity, reaching over 15,000 downloads.
I'm a college student at Virginia Tech, and I work on hott notes in my free time. I don't make any money directly from this project, other than the revenue from the Google Ads on my site, but that gives me only enough to pay for hosting this site. I also have received donations from those who like hott notes, which I always appreciate. Donate now if you want to support this project.
